Indian Aerosol Science and Technology Association and National Physical Laboratory (NPL) organized the conference of IASTA on Emerging Trends in Aerosols: technology and Applications. National Physical Laboratory, New Delhi hosted the conference. The conference dates were November 14 through 16, 2007.

The conference offered three days of plenary lectures, contributed papers in the form of platform and poster presentations and exhibition of different products and systems related to aerosol research and technology and allied areas. It was beneficial for the scientists, engineers, faculties and young researchers. Moreover, it brought national and international scientists with diversified expertise on one platform to discuss current issues in the subject.
